CIB Core Engineering Insights and Analytics group aims to mature the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) engineering ecosystem, improve software engineering efficiency, developer experience and technology delivery. We leverage the power of data analytics and data science to provide key actionable insights and enable data-driven decisions to support key transformation programs within CIB. We incubate, innovate, and rollout strategic and scalable tools, processes, and solutions that have CIB- and often firm-wide impact. In addition to our current data analytics product suite, we are designing and building SDLC-integrated solutions for improved real-time developer experience. We are looking for talented and motivated software engineers with data engineering background and experience. If you are a strong engineer with passion for data analytics but no prior experience, we would like to hear from you too.
* Minimum BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
* Strong programming experience in Java or Python
* Advanced knowledge of application, data warehousing and infrastructure architecture disciplines
* Proficiency and experience with modern SDLC toolsets and practices
* Experience with full-stack design and development of scalable, high quality and robust products
* Database development and data engineering experience
* Experience with data analytics, ETL, Big data and Cloud architectures is highly desirable

All internal moves will normally take place on the same grade and same salary. Salaries are reviewed annually in February. Exceptions to the rule regarding transfer on current salary may include a move between geographic locations.
