What you’ll be doing
We are looking for an experienced full-stack software engineer who enjoys building cloud-native applications using modern technologies, and is not afraid to work with some older legacy components as well. We have adopted the philosophy of using the right tech for the task, and so our tech-stack varies somewhat from team to team, but can overall be described as:
Languages/frameworks: .Net Core/C#, React, Javascript, GoLang, Rust
Hosting: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
3rd Party: Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, Oracle
We expect you to be
- A strong problem-solver
- Well-versed in modern software engineering practices
- Able to collaborate with team-members of all roles as well as stakeholders
- Ready to move fast and learn along the way
What we require of you
This is not a junior position, so we also require you to have at least three years of industry experience.
How we organize in the SEO/Ads team
Siteimprove Product Development is organized into cross-functional product teams, and you will be joining the SEO/Ads team aka the Search team. All teams have an agile mindset in common, although exact implementation varies. We all share a strong focus on automation and cross-role collaboration and continuously strive to improve the way we work.
