nThis is a remote permanent position for candidates based in Canada. nnThe RolennWe are looking for a Senior Developer who can help our enterprise clients translate their requirements into functional and appealing interactive applications. You would be responsible for building client and server-side components of these applications.  You will be outcome-driven, and have a drive to deliver the best quality output for our clients within specific timeframes while working in high-performing distributed software teams. nnAs part of your role, you will:nnn* Collaborate with client and internal teamsnn* Designing & building cloud-based applications using client-side Microsoft technologies such as Blazor/MudBlazornn* Supporting component design, development and maintenance and taking responsibility for personal technical quality standards within the project team.nn* Assisting with defining structured practices, especially in source code management, building and deployment.nn* Getting feedback from users and clients, and building solutions for them. nn* Assisting with the analysis of client requirements.nn* Working with and supporting Technical Leaders in project execution and timely delivery.nnnnnRequirements:nnn* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersnn* Experience delivering at a Senior Developer level in an enterprise environment.nn* Frontend development experience using MudBlazornn* Strong experience with semantic HTML and CSSnn* Being able to contribute to the UI style guides and owning the implementation of a partially established design system nn* Deep understanding of modern testing methodologies, tools and practices, including unit testing, integration, and end-to-end testingnn* Deep understanding of versioning control tools including Git.nn* Understanding of processes and roles within a pull request processnnnnnBenefits nnn* Healthcare and RRSP; nn* Enjoy a comprehensive paid time off package, encompassing holidays, sick leave, and flexible vacation days.
