• Work with Bear Claw team on Spotify for Artists
• Collaborate to design, develop, and deploy services
• Improve data pipelines and enhance user experience
• Mentor less experienced engineers

• 5+ years in backend and data engineering
• Proficient in building distributed services with RESTful/gRPC
• Hands-on experience with data in columnar storage formats
• Experience with batch workflow data pipelines using Spark or Beam
• Knowledgeable in data modeling, access, and storage techniques
• Experience in deploying services in cloud environments like GCP or AWS
• Passionate about agile processes and data-driven development
