Cloudera Consultant Contract
For our client I am currently looking for a contracted Cloudera Consultant based in Zurich, Switzerland.
Key tasks:
Design, build, deliver, and maintain Cloudera data platforms, other semi-structured and un-structured data platforms to meet customer requirements, and lead overall efforts in working with cross-functional teams
Work together with L3 teams -Implement processes, standards, and governance of Cloudera technologies, other semi-structured and un-structured data platforms
Provide subject matter expertise and leadership of the Cloudera platform contributing to integrated solution designs, development, and implementation
Experience required:
At least 3-4 years of experience
Strong Cloudera Admin knowledge
Understand how clusters are setup very well
Experience with one or more major Hadoop distributions and various ecosystem components (eg HDFS, Sqoop, Impala, Spark, Flume, Kafka, Nifi etc.) is a must while experience with Data Concepts (ETL, near-/Real Time streaming, data structures, metadata and workflow management) would be a big strength.
