Engineering Manager – Platform Engineering (Remote from Europe or UK) Remote

• Lead, grow, and inspire a platform engineering team
• Ensure compliance and security standards are established
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize investments
• Define and enforce SLAs and SLOs
• Deliver a robust service while providing an exceptional developer experience

• Experience leading high performing Platform, SRE, or DevXP teams
• Prior experience building and running applications in AWS
• Growth mindset, curious to learn about card issuing and the payments industry
• Excellent communication in English and adept at writing strategy and vision documents
• Experience setting and managing systems with strict SLAs
• Experience applying observability and traceability best practices
• Experience leading vulnerability and penetration testing activities
• Experience using AWS CDK for cloud deployments
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines with Gitlab is a plus
• AWS professional certifications
