This role is crucial for promoting Airbyte’s platform adoption and fostering an engaging environment for our developers. Our goal is to make Airbyte the standard way to move data for all practitioners, with ubiquity measured in daily active users as a company goal. nnThis is a unique opportunity to build and grow our DevRel organization. You will be part of the executive team and report directly to the co-founder.nnThe ideal candidate will have a robust technical background with a great understanding of the data & AI ecosystem, excellent communication & team management skills, and a proven track record in building and managing developer communities.nnWhat You’ll Donnn* Own, develop and implement strategies to engage and grow the Airbyte developer community.nn* Lead and expand the team responsible for developer relations and community engagement.nn* Partner closely with product and engineering to funnel product feedback from the community and support our feature launches. nn* Own and develop our meetup program and collaborate closely with partners to bring high value content to our meetup group “Data Bytes”.
