DevOps Engineer – Infra Full Time

How you will contribute:

As a DevOps Engineer you will own the implementation and improvement of our cloud, devops, and security landscapes. You will work closely with our CTO and product teams to execute projects that allow our technology to scale as we grow our customer base, ensure we uphold our security and compliance standards, and improve the productivity of our engineers.
In the short term this includes:Reducing devops friction and failures
Automating AWS infrastructure management
Owning permission and access controls implementation
Ensuring SOC compliance
Improving monitoring and observability
In the long term, this includes:
Developing self-service infrastructure provisioning and software delivery
Owning SOC2 compliance and automating our security posture
Ensuring all production systems are managed via Terraform
Improving our monitoring and alerting systems, working closely with our product development teams
Owning container orchestration systems

Required qualifications:

Working full time in our office in NYC
Passion for AI and building machine learning systems
Passion for good engineering, clean code, and scalability
Interest and enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
Eagerness  to go 0 to 1 on business critical efforts
Eagerness to work multiple teams and context switch
Proficiency in object-oriented programming
Proficiency in automating service deployments in the cloud, ideally in AWS
Proficiency in Linux administration
Proficiency in container orchestration using Docker or Kubernetes
Proficiency in monitoring and alerting systems like Datadog
Proficiency in Terraform
