C/C++ Developer, Portfolio Modeling Full Time

Who We Are

Our Simulation Group is a small, close-knit team with a collegiate culture that values openness, intellect, creativity and teamwork. We are using modern technologies to develop quantitative software tools used by investors worldwide. Our stack starts from low-level CPU/GPU programming and ends with Angular UIs and Python APIs. We are responsible for developing end-to-end products so you will be involved in all kinds of software development. The team is split between New York and Budapest.

What You Will Be Doing

• Work as part of a team building a novel economic simulation tool
• Design and build performance critical C++ libraries in C++17/CUDA
• Integration with other internal systems and UIs
• Build user-friendly APIs for our external clients
• Deploy our software to internal and external cloud

What We Look For

• BS in Computer Science or in another relevant technical field
• 4+ years in C/C++ development
• Willingness to work within a team and to learn new things
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Experience in GPU programming: CUDA or OpenCL
• Experience in CPU vectorization (AVX, Neon, etc.)
• Experience in writing highly optimized code
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with micro-services and serverless architecture
• Experience in one of the following languages: Python, JavaScript
• A reasonable comfort level with fundamental math concepts is helpful
